There are moments in life that leave indelible marks on your heart—moments you wish you could erase but that persistently resurface, no matter how hard you try. One of those moments for me was seeing a video of my ex cheating on me wit

h his hidden supply. It’s a memory that lingered, each resurfacing threatening to pull me back into the emotional chaos I worked so hard to escape.

What makes this memory even harder to forget is the timing. Every time I think of my youngest daughter’s birthday, I’m reminded. A day that should fill my heart with joy is now overshadowed by the timestamp on that video: June 10. That date has become more than just my daughter’s birthday—it’s become intertwined with the pain and confusion of my past relationship.
