Recognizing narcissistic messages like these can be challenging, but it’s crucial for your healing.

If you’ve ever questioned someone’s words or actions, wondering if it’s all part of a manipulative cycle, this is for you.

As you’ll see, I’m not trying to paint myself as a victim or drag anyone into a toxic cycle. I’m not labeling him a narcissist, as that would require a diagnosis from a professional.

What I am doing is calling out his narcissistic behavior and choosing to move forward with my life, free from the toxicity he wants me to carry. That’s why I write about it.

If, through my writing, I can help even one person see the truth, break free, and move toward the happy, abuse-free life they deserve, then it’s all worth it.

Let’s dive into how to spot these toxic patterns and take back your peace.

This incident happened after my ex read a poem I wrote about my life and inner feelings, only to twist it into something all about him. I’ve written about it before, but I’m including it here because this was the message that marked the beginning of his hoovering in this round.
